You've already tried everything, and yet something still isn't clicking — you just can't name it yet. You're stuck in constant hypervigilance, running on autopilot for far too long. It's time to LIVE instead of just SURviving.

If at least two of these resonate, this isn't your body being difficult. It's a strong signal — one that deserves to be heard, so you can finally rebuild lasting balance.
Willpower was never the problem. Your stress, your sleep and your hormones work together — never in isolation.
A supplement for energy, an app for sleep, therapy for the mind, a masterclass for stress, a separate program for fertility: most approaches move forward in fragments. But your nervous system, your diet, your digestion, your sleep, your hormones and your cycle don't live in separate corners — they work together. Mending one thread at a time on a whole piece of fabric never really holds.

Naturopath and certified integrative women's health coach — I help you relearn how to live in tune with your cycles and your body as a woman, connecting the dots between your hormonal, physical, mental and emotional health, to recreate an ecosystem that supports lasting, overall balance.
Maybe you, too, have been living in constant stress for far too long: the stress of work, of painful experiences, or simply of a society that never slows down. I want to help you sort through the noise — everything you hear, everything you're told to do, and what could actually help — so you can come back to yourself, to the intelligence of a body capable of creating life.
After two burnouts, a hypothyroidism diagnosis, and an immune system left in pieces, I was done feeling ignored, dismissed, and left without answers by the people who were supposed to have my health in hand. My symptoms were treated without anyone ever looking into the causes of my imbalances, so the problems always came back. My medical wandering stopped the day I stopped living like a man in a woman's body.
If you, too, want to take charge of your health but don't know where to start, know that it's possible, whatever your journey has looked like. There's no miracle solution — but there are the ones that will lighten your everyday life and help you reconnect with what makes you unique, without a rigid set of rules to follow.

The idea that every person has unique needs, and that your needs can — and will — change over the course of your life.
The idea that health is systemic: body, emotions and mind function as one interconnected system, not separate boxes.
The idea that your energy isn't linear. We move through 4 phases, just like the 4 seasons — let's learn to live with them instead of against them.
“The estimated cost of a burnout is €10,000 a year. Six months is barely 0.8% of the rest of your life. The best investment you'll ever make is yourself.”
— Ariane Cytrynowicz“When I realized that, over 6 months, my investment in my long-term health worked out to about 2 dinners out a month and 3 weekends away, I finally took action.”
— Annabelle T.Prices are reviewed annually to reflect ongoing training, growing expertise, and yearly inflation adjustments.
Results vary from person to person, but you can expect a sense of peace, more gentleness toward yourself, mental clarity, better stress management, improved emotional balance, and more harmony between your work life and personal life. My goal is to help you reach a lasting state of well-being and build positive habits that support your overall health. Together, we connect the dots and put in place simple, concrete daily actions that are easy to sustain long-term.
Is your long-term health and well-being worth about the same as 2 dinners out a month and 3 weekends away? If the answer is yes, then you have what it takes to invest in yourself for the next 6 months — instead of putting it off until it becomes even harder to deal with. The cost of a burnout is estimated at around €10,000 a year. Isn't it time to actually live? Would you rather take care of your health now, or pay an increasingly steep price later?
Wellness coaching isn't about healing the past — it helps you build differently starting today. Unlike traditional therapy or a medical consultation, we don't treat one symptom in isolation. We look at the whole picture: your nervous system, your hormones, your cycle, your habits, your relationship with your energy — because it's all connected. What's different too: you're not passive. We move forward together, at your pace, with concrete tools you build into your real life, not some idealized one. You go from being a “patient” to being a PARTICIPANT.
A wellness coaching session is time set aside entirely for you. Together, we'll explore your goals, your challenges, and what you're working toward. I'll guide you through specific tools and techniques to help you find balance between body and mind. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, with a holistic approach that considers every aspect of your well-being.
Absolutely. Wellness coaching is designed to fit easily into your schedule, even with a busy, active life. We'll build personalized strategies you can put in place realistically and sustainably, based on your time constraints and priorities.
There's nothing specific you need to prepare. That said, it can help to think about which areas of your life you'd like to improve and what goals you'd like to reach. Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore new perspectives — the free discovery call will already let us talk through these things.
If you're looking to improve your overall well-being, reduce stress, find a better balance between work and personal life, or build healthier habits, wellness coaching could be a great fit for you. We'll start with an initial consultation to see whether our approach and your goals are aligned.
I'm a certified Integrative Health therapist and coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, specializing in a holistic approach that brings together physical, mental and emotional health. I'm also certified in Hormonal Health from the same school. My training includes the concepts of Primary Food (the non-food parts of life that nourish our well-being) and Secondary Food (the quality of the food and nutrients we consume).
We'll track your progress through specific markers we'll define together in our first sessions. This can include improvements in your stress levels, your daily energy, your emotional well-being, or reaching certain personal or professional goals. We'll check in regularly to adjust our approach as needed.
